At ZujioLogy, we support every client with their own personal 10 Week health journey.
Every person is assigned their own trainer who supports and guides you every day. We have an APP that provides all meal recipes and how to video demos of exercises along with workouts and music.
All clients will be added to our online ‘private’ Facebook forum where your trainer is their to support you daily, release weekly educational audio episodes, share helpful daily lifestyle tips and also provide one on one contact every week to the individual.
What sets us apart from other wellness programs is the personal attention every person receives. This is vital to the success and completion of the program.
We don’t just want people to join us, we want to see you succeed.
We make it personal by taking clients through LIVE fitness sessions whilst on the program so you can meet with your trainer and be motivated by your work colleagues sweating it out together.
On this journey, we are focusing on 3 key areas: Physical, Emotional & Mental Health.
