Erica Prescott


Erica has been in the fitness industry for nearly 20 years, she gained her Exercise Prescription Diploma in 2001/02 at the New Zealand Institute of Sport.  She then worked at Les Mills as a full-time trainer for the next 9 years up until the 2011 earthquakes.  The following 7.5 yearssaw Erica working from her home gym, as well as managing and training the ChristchurchAshy Bines Bikini Body Challenge – where she had waiting lists and full capacity of 100 girls.  She also went back to university for 3 years to complete a Bachelor in Sport Coaching.
Now you will find her mostly online coaching people in her Fitness Hub or her Transformation Challenge.

Her passion is helping people to increase their self-worth and overall health & transformation through 3 pillars:  Fitness, Nutrition and Mindset.  Erica understands that change, healing and fitness is best addressed through a holistic manner, having been an elite athlete herself for 20 years to being chronically ill – her quest has been around healing and transformation for the last 14 years.

One thing people never guess about Erica is that she loves to eat, relax and have deep conversations with quality people.  Her weaknesses include (but not limited to) chocolate, dogs, coffee and reality tv.

Motivation is lie we’ve been sold.
We can’t avoid the things we know we need to do and have a great life.
Something is always better than nothing, as you move towards your potential it will expand, but in order for that to happen and in order for us to feel motivated, we need to apply ACTION.
