I am a degree qualified Nutritionist with a passion for promoting physical and mental health through simple, sustainable and affordable nutrition practices.

I believe nutrition extends far beyond restrictive dieting and self-image. What we eat affects our mood and emotions, our physical health, our skin, energy levels and hormones. Diet also plays a major role in the development and prevention of chronic diseases such as Type 2 diabetes.

In my practice I promote a diet free approach and focus on body positivity and intuitive eating, rather than fad dieting and restrictive eating behaviours.

This approach allows you to find balance. You can still enjoy the foods you love while achieving your health goals. This style of nutritional counselling provides education and empowerment for individuals wanting to take charge of their own and their family’s health.

My mission is to improve the health of all New Zealanders by taking the confusion out of being healthy and eating well.
